Berrys & Grey Returns Policy
While we hope that you’re always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return items. Please contact us by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All goods returned to us must be in perfect condition with the product packaging undamaged, using the same boxes & packaging. Failure of the items being returned to us in their original state, function and purpose will result in us being unable to refund you. Please do not tape multiple boxes together.
Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. Failure to do so may result in Berrys & Grey being unable to refund you. We recommend that you use insured registered or tracked delivery and keep the receipt to cover yourselves under the circumstance of lost post. Once items are received to our store as per above we can then reverse your transaction and issue a refund or an exchange.
Glassware cannot be returned on the basis of having defects, or bubbles within the glass. Ceramics are all individually made and therefore will have natural flaws which are not seen as a fault in the product. All of our products may vary from that of the photographs in colour and finish as most of our products are made and/or finished by hand.
