We will always try to deliver your new furniture within two to four weeks on a mutually convenient day and you will be contacted regarding the delivery time. – so there’s no staying in all day wondering when we’re going to arrive.
Unfortunately due to high demands there is no guarantee we can deliver in time for christmas in the run up to the December holidays. If you have any queries please contact our store on 01603 627505. Any orders processed on Christmas day and Boxing day will be seen to after New Year.
We endeavour to try to have all of our smaller products in stock, however if we do ever need to order items in we will try our best to have it ready to deliver to you between 1 and 2 weeks from the order date. We will keep you informed via email or telephone on your expected date. Items dispatched by standard delivery should arrive within 3-5 working days.
Large/Heavy Furniture Items
Wherever possible, items are dispatched on a standard delivery charge. However, fragile, heavy and large items require delivery by a specialist carrier and need additional insurance. The extra charges applied are to ensure that the product reaches you in perfect condition. Delivery of fragile, heavy and large items is calculated before payment online. This includes the UK and the Scottish Highlands. This will be added to your shopping cart before you make payment. Please feel free to contact us if you have any queries regarding Delivery.
Please make sure you measure correctly before placing your furniture order. Consider staircases, doorways or any tight spaces used as access points. If you need to return an item of furniture, the original delivery charge will be deducted from any refund or exchange value. Alternatively you are welcome to return it to our Store, Berrys & Grey, No1 The Parade, Polzeath, North Cornwall, PL27 6SR.

Store Purchase Returns
While we hope that you’re always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return items. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, just return it to the store in its original packaging, within 28 days, and your goods will be exchanged or a credit note issued.
If you wish for an exchange or refund, please rewrap the item(s) in their original packaging and return either into our Norwich store or via Royal Mail or a preferred Courier service to:

We suggest you keep proof of postage with your item(s).
Please circle on the order form the items you wish to return, and once we have received the package back we can issue you a refund.
Unless the item is faulty or there is an issue with your items, they are returned at your own cost.
Online Purchase Returns
While we hope that you’re always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return items. You will be issued with a credit note for any items returned after this time. Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. Failure to do so may result in Berrys & Grey being unable to refund you. We recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Unless the item is faulty, it is returned at your own cost.
We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
