We will always try to deliver your new items within two to three weeks on a mutually convenient day and you will be contacted or notified regarding the delivery time if with our courier service DPD. – so there’s no staying in all day wondering when we’re going to arrive.
Unfortunately due to high demands there is no guarantee we can deliver in time for christmas in the run up to the December holidays. If you have any queries please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any orders processed on Christmas day and Boxing day will be seen to after New Year.
We endeavour to try to have all of our smaller products in stock, however if we do ever need to order items in we will try our best to have it ready to deliver to you between 1 and 2 weeks from the order date. We will keep you informed via email or telephone on your expected date. Items dispatched by standard delivery should arrive within 3-5 working days.
Large/Heavy Furniture Items
Wherever possible, items are dispatched on a standard delivery charge. However, fragile, heavy and large items require delivery by a specialist carrier and need additional insurance. The extra charges applied are to ensure that the product reaches you in perfect condition. Delivery of fragile, heavy and large items is calculated before payment online. This includes the UK Mainland only. Any other locations may incur a bespoke delivery charge where specified in the item description. This may be added to your shopping cart before you make payment, or if an international delivery option is chosen, we will be in contact with the bespoke shipping costs. Please make sure you measure correctly before placing your furniture order. Consider staircases, doorways or any tight spaces used as access points. If you need to return an item of furniture, the original delivery charge will be deducted from any refund or exchange value.

Online Purchase Returns
While we hope that you’re always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return items. Please contact us by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org email. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. You will be issued with a credit note for any items returned after this time. Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. Failure to do so may result in Berrys & Grey being unable to refund you. We recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Unless the item is faulty, it is returned at your own cost.
